Ingredients:
2 spoons of oil
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
200 gram of blue cheese
50ml whitewine
200ml of whipped cream
Herbs: grounded black pepper, salt
You also can add some fresh vegtables
like zucchini, mushrooms, carrot (very fine sliced) or brocoli, for this cheese sauce i
would recommend brocoli and mushrooms because the sauce will stick to it, and this is
delicous.

- Start like always with chopping the onions and the garlic. When your pasta needs 10 minutes to cook throw them right now in the boiling water
- Sear the onions and the garlic in the oil for about 3 minutes
- If you have choosen carrots put them right now into the pan and sear them for 2 minutes with the onions and the garlic
- Put the heat down and put all the onions and the garlic to the side that you have a free circle in the middle of the pan, there you melt the blue cheeseKeep stiring because the cheese burns easy
- When its melted, add the vegtables if you have decided to add some.
- Add the withwine and cook it for about 2 minutes
- Turn off the heatand add the wipped cream, mix it and season it to taste
your sauce is ready.
